What files can I send?
JPEG or PNG originals, ideally at their highest available resolution. Each file may be up to 10 MB, subject to the upload limit shown in the form. These packages do not include RAW, HEIC, PSD or video. See the file guide before ordering.
How do I upload my photographs?
Choose your JPEG or PNG photographs in the order form. Previews stay on your device until you continue to checkout. Files are then uploaded to the store and attached to your order for authorised editing staff.
When will my edit be ready?
The target is 2–3 business days after confirmed payment and receipt of accessible, usable files and a complete brief. If the project needs a different timetable, we will contact you. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in England.
What if I want a small change?
One round of adjustments within the original brief is included. Request it within 7 days of delivery. A new style, additional files or extra work requires a separately agreed quote. Your legal rights are unaffected.
Will you use my photos in your portfolio?
Not without your separate permission. Sending files for an order does not give permission for public use or AI training. Read our Privacy Policy for how order data is handled.
Can I cancel my order?
Consumers may have a 14-day cancellation period. You can ask us to start sooner; if you then cancel after work begins, a lawful proportionate charge may apply. The right ends after full performance only with the required prior request and acknowledgement. See Cancellation & Refunds.
